👤
SeniorBenjamin Kowarsch is an independent management consultant with about nine years of current consulting experience and a three-decade career spanning telecommunications, energy, rail, automotive, finance and even artisanal baking. He blends deep telecom and project management roots—from CTO and senior project manager roles at carriers and vendors—to hands-on leadership of niche ventures and standards work, bringing both technical fluency and commercial pragmatism. As a long-time contributor to the Modula-2 Software Foundation he combines research and development interests with practical delivery, often acting as the bridge between legacy systems and modern operational needs. His background includes running companies, directing large regional projects, and stepping into unexpected roles (he even worked as a boulanger in Japan), which speaks to adaptability and a service-oriented mindset. Known for a quality-first philosophy, he emphasizes repeatable processes and habit-forming practices that turn complex programs into dependable outcomes. Based outside the usual tech hubs, he offers seasoned, cross-industry perspective for organizations seeking pragmatic transformation rather than theoretical change.
