Top SchoolBenjamin Legendre is a product-focused technology leader with 12 years of experience bridging software engineering, testing and product management across large enterprises and public sector organizations. Currently PO CRM at MAPA after leading CRM and product efforts at Smart Rx and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he combines hands-on engineering roots (freelance architect/engineer background) with pragmatic product ownership in Agile environments. He has repeatedly led cross-functional programs—standardizing test practices at MAIF, modernizing sales channels at Antargaz, and steering high-volume reservation systems at AccorHotels and TUI—balancing stakeholder alignment, backlog strategy and acceptance testing. Comfortable in matrixed, multi-team contexts, he excels at turning complex, regulatory or multi-country constraints into prioritized, testable product roadmaps. Based in Toulouse and trained at Télécom Paris, he brings a rare mix of systems management, finance-aware thinking and operational test leadership that reduces risk while accelerating delivery. Notably, his profile blends consulting strategy experience with deep operational delivery, making him effective at both high-level program design and day-to-day sprint execution.
