Top SchoolBenjamin Michel is a hands-on CTO and co-founder with 12 years of engineering experience who has built Tilli’s entire technical stack—from the first line of code to a multidisciplinary team and production systems handling millions of API requests and terabytes of traffic. Based in Strasbourg, he combines product-minded engineering with operational rigor, having deployed bespoke web and mobile apps, e-commerce plugins, retail platforms and a full analytics stack (Metabase, Amplitude, GTM, GA, FullStory) to inform growth and reduce returns. His background in systems engineering and early mobile hybrid development gives him fluency across backend, frontend and mobile layers, and he applies lean practices earned through startup scaling and Réseau Entreprendre Paris support. Notably, he grew a consumer-facing service to 50k monthly visitors while integrating with high-traffic merchant sites—demonstrating an ability to design resilient APIs and measurement pipelines that serve both consumer UX and B2B retail needs.
