Top SchoolBenjamin Munyoki is a seasoned software engineer and technical team lead with nine years of experience building data-driven, customer-focused systems across banking, healthcare, and cloud domains. Currently leading a 15-engineer team for Microsoft Graph API in EMEA, he blends hands-on engineering with stakeholder-facing product improvements to drive stability and feature delivery. His background includes designing ETL schemas and BI dashboards at Equity Bank Group, delivering East/Central Africa’s first MVN integration for Equitel, and building mobile patient-tracking and USSD appointment systems for African markets. As a software architect at Hepta Analytics and a Carnegie Mellon MS graduate specialized in software engineering and big data analytics, he routinely connects scalable architecture with operational tuning. He’s equally comfortable optimizing Oracle Exalytics pipelines and troubleshooting cloud APIs, and he seeks projects that turn complex data into highly available customer experiences. An often-overlooked strength is his track record of translating frontline customer issues into actionable engineering specifications that improve product reliability.
