Senior🎓
Top SchoolBenjamin Nater is a full stack developer based in Basel with a decade of hands-on experience building AI-powered products and agentic systems. He has progressed from an apprenticeship in IT to multiple software roles and founder initiatives, including running a short-lived freelance shop and co-founding a startup focused on website monitoring. Currently at Rflect, he brings practical product experience from repeated tenures at ARTIDIS and a stint in enterprise software at AX AG, pairing front-to-backend engineering with a data science education from FHNW. Comfortable shipping end-to-end solutions, he blends pragmatic engineering with curiosity about agentic AI behavior and applied data science. An entrepreneurial streak and repeated project restarts suggest he favors learning quickly from experiments and iterating toward production-ready systems.
