Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolBenjamin Nitkin is an embedded software engineer with a decade of experience designing and shipping firmware, drivers, and system-level software for aerospace, medical, and public-facing products. He has led flight-computer upgrades and real-time simulator work at United Launch Alliance, diagnosed FPGA driver issues and optimized telemetry at SEAKR, and currently develops controllers and remote-updateable interfaces for commercial therapy hardware as a consultant. Comfortable across microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded Linux, he blends low-level debugging (including memory and timing faults) with pragmatic interface and integration decisions for safety-critical systems. Benjamin pairs electrical engineering know-how with hands-on prototyping and customer-centered iteration, and he documents his varied builds on nitkin.net. Outside work he channels the same craft mindset into woodworking, cycling, and camping.
