Senior🎓
Top SchoolBenjamin Nitschke is a seasoned founder and CEO with 13+ years crafting cross-platform .NET engines, commercial games and, more recently, robotics and machine learning systems focused on evolutionary algorithms. As founder of Delta Engine and co-founder of MobileBits and exDream, he shipped early commercial .NET and XNA titles like Arena Wars and SoulCraft and has deep experience porting engines across consoles, PC and mobile. He pairs hands-on engineering—authoring an XNA book and building affordable robot arms—with product leadership, bridging game tech, business apps and modern web development. Based in Hanover, Germany, he combines entrepreneurial grit with a long-term commitment to platform interoperability and unconventional ML approaches that few teams explore.
