Senior🎓
Top SchoolBenjamin Noufel is a seasoned React and Node developer based in Paris with 11 years of experience delivering robust, scalable web applications and strategic rewrites for mission-critical projects. He combines hands-on full‑stack engineering (React/Next.js, Solid, Node.js/Adonis) with infrastructure and DevOps know-how (Docker, GitLab CI, Redis, ClickHouse, ELK) to ship secure APIs and performant frontends. At Free (Groupe iliad) he led a complete technical refactor, built internal tooling, and drove prioritization with stakeholders and end users to maximize product impact. He regularly takes on transversal responsibilities—team coaching, user interviews, product discovery and technical debt management—so solutions are both useful and maintainable. Comfortable in distributed architectures (microservices, DDD, API Gateway) he focuses on measurable improvements in scalability and observability. Trained at 42, he brings a practitioner’s mindset that bridges deep technical execution with real-world product outcomes.
