Senior🎓
Top SchoolBenjamin Reitzammer is a seasoned technology leader and founder with 16 years of experience building engineering organisations, products, and communities from startup to scale. He has led engineering and people-focused initiatives as VP of Engineering at BRYTER and as CTO/early hire at vaamo, hiring and coaching teams to deliver resilient SaaS platforms. Today he combines that technical depth with a passion for human-centered work design—founding Mastermind Community and the Founder Accelerator to help solo-preneurs move from doing in their business to working on it. Known for blending hands-on engineering, recruiting overhaul, and organizational development, he fosters cultures of trust, coaching, and leadership at every level. Based in Frankfurt, he brings a feminist, inclusive approach to tech and an aptitude for turning messy people problems into scalable practices. An early-career full-stack background and long track record of cross-functional impact make him equally comfortable discussing APIs, OKRs, or community dynamics.
