Top SchoolBenjamin Stout is a senior full-stack software engineer with a decade of experience building language-agnostic, production-grade systems spanning hardware and software. He’s shipped ML-driven scheduling at scale for nationwide in-home care, led autonomic control and orchestration software for large-scale 3D construction robotics, and now applies that systems thinking at SmarterDx. Comfortable across embedded, backend, and orchestration layers, he designs resilient agentic workflows with dynamic error recovery and inter-machine coordination. A former tutor and mentor, he’s guided teams and junior engineers through complex projects and large-scale education platforms. Outside work he pursues music, biomimicry, and computational neuroscience—interests that inform his curiosity-driven approach to elegant, bio-inspired engineering.
