Top SchoolBenjamin Svobodny is a seasoned Senior Software Development Manager based in Montreal with over 15 years of experience building and leading web and mobile engineering teams for large enterprises, including Banque Nationale du Canada, Vidéotron and Amdocs. He combines hands-on front-end expertise in HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript (React, AngularJS, Aurelia) and Drupal/PHP with proven delivery skills across CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, CircleCI, ArgoCD) and version control systems. Benjamin has led large squads to deliver customer-facing self-care portals and internal budget and account management tools, while also coaching developers and translating technical designs for executives. His international experience (projects and extended travel to the US, Israel and Singapore) informs a pragmatic approach to cross-cultural collaboration and distributed teams.
