Senior🎓
Top SchoolBenjamin Trendelkamp-Schroer is a Senior Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer with 12 years of experience applying rigorous mathematical and research-led thinking to production ML systems. With a PhD in Mathematics and a background in theoretical and mathematical physics, he bridges deep quantitative research (Freie Universität Berlin, UCSC) and hands-on full-stack development at Ultramarin GmbH. He designs and ships end-to-end ML solutions—covering model research, scalable backend services, and user-facing integrations—while keeping a strong emphasis on mathematical foundations and reproducibility. Based in Bernau/Berlin, he combines academic rigor with startup pragmatism, often translating complex theory into reliable, maintainable code for real-world problems. An understated strength is his long-term commitment to the same company since 2017, reflecting both technical leadership and product-oriented persistence.
