Senior🎓
Top SchoolBenjy Stanton is a hands-on service, interaction and UX designer with 12 years’ experience designing inclusive digital services across UK public sector organisations and tech consultancies. He specialises in end-to-end product work—defining user needs, running research with people who have access needs, prototyping in code, and delivering production-ready assets with accessibility baked in. Benjy has led and grown design teams, launched cross-platform features (including native mobile apps and mapping services), and steered accessibility improvements that helped services pass government assessments. Comfortable in agile, multidisciplinary and distributed teams, he champions asynchronous collaboration and practical design systems. Based in Swansea, he combines a strong public-sector track record with hands-on implementation skills that bridge research, design and front-end delivery.
