Senior🎓
Top SchoolBennett Staley is a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a decade of experience building secure, scalable web and microservice architectures across startups and large teams, currently contributing at CLEAR in Austin. He blends front-end expertise in React/Next.js and TypeScript with backend strengths in Node, GraphQL/Apollo, PostgreSQL, and containerized microservices (Docker, AMQP/RabbitMQ). His background includes product-facing work at Atlassian and security-focused engineering at Blackpoint Cyber, giving him a pragmatic appreciation for both developer ergonomics and threat-aware design. A self-described digital privacy enthusiast and open-source contributor, Bennett pairs a hacker-school grounding (Hack Reactor, General Assembly) with hands-on networking and encryption knowledge to deliver reliable, auditable systems. Notably, he brings a “jack of all trades, master of a few” mindset—comfortable shipping across the full stack while diving deep on security and distributed systems when it matters.
