Summary
👤
SeniorBent-andré Solheim is a Senior Consultant with over 11 years of professional experience and a two-decade track record in Java and full-stack engineering, currently helping establish Systek’s Sørlandet branch after a long tenure as CTO/Senior Consultant at Kodehuset. He specializes in server-side Java (Spring Boot, JDBC/JPA), microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD and build tooling (Maven/Gradle), while also shipping client-side work in TypeScript/React and ExtJS. At the Norwegian Tax Administration he helped run an OpenShift-based platform (Aurora) that supports modernized applications, blending low-level automation with UI development and platform-level architecture. Comfortable across databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle) and test-driven workflows, he’s equally at home scripting pipelines as he is designing service boundaries. Based in Arendal, Norway, he brings practical platform-building experience and a history of teaching Java at the university level, which informs his clear, team-oriented approach to complex system delivery.
