Summary
👤
SeniorBentley Davis is a seasoned technology consultant and startup mentor with over 30 years creating software and more than 20 years leading teams, currently advising clients through Refractive Strategy and founding Reasonpedia. He brings hands-on experience as a former CTO who led a successful startup exit and as a fractional CTO, combining strategic vision with pragmatic engineering—especially in interactive websites, mobile apps, and automation. Bentley has a proven track record integrating clinical and enterprise systems (notably architecting CancerGene Connect into Invitae) and driving efficiency gains across industries from healthcare to hospitality. He prefers solving big problems with small experiments, teaching teams to think visually, and using code to eliminate boring, manual work. Based in Dallas, he volunteers technology mentoring locally and continuously translates product needs into reliable, user-focused solutions.
