Summary
👤
SeniorBerin Loritsch is a Systems Integration Lead with 11 years of experience designing and delivering integrated software solutions across retail support and federal government domains. Based in Great Falls, VA, he leads cross-functional teams—currently managing 20 developers across four projects at Novetta—to implement system-of-systems architectures and drive a migration to containerized, Kubernetes-based deployments. He specializes in business automation, systems design, and operational efficiency, using pragmatic stacks like Java, Ruby on Rails, SQL and XML to remove friction from day-to-day work. Berin pairs hands-on engineering with orchestration and process measurement to find concrete efficiency gains, and he balances corporate delivery with community-minded, no-nonsense open-source sensibilities reflected on his GitHub. Outside of work he is family-oriented and guided by personal values that inform a steady, service-focused approach to engineering leadership.
