Top SchoolBessie Malek is a versatile full stack developer with nine years of experience building web and database applications across PHP/MySQL and modern JavaScript stacks. She has a practical track record delivering Magento e-commerce solutions, custom Node/Express + Mongo apps, and SaaS features while working in distributed and agency environments. Comfortable from server and database modeling to front-end theming and AngularJS-driven UIs, she repeatedly bridges gaps between business requirements and working software. Her background in program management and teaching informs a clear, user-focused approach to interfaces and documentation. Known for thriving in niche roles, she often learns new technologies on the job—once becoming the team’s go-to Node/Mongo developer at a primarily Magento-focused shop. Based in Dallas, she blends disciplined coding practices and peer-reviewed work with an eye for automating business processes.
