Top SchoolBhagya Silva is a Stockholm-based solutions architect and technology leader with 14 years of experience building cloud-native, event-driven platforms and high-performing engineering teams. Former CTO of Loftux, he has driven product strategy, partnerships (including Oracle Gold and Alfresco Enterprise), and growth while delivering enterprise ECM, API, and workflow systems used by government agencies and thousands of users. He combines hands-on architecture and DevOps expertise (GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability) with product leadership—reducing release cycles, improving uptime to 99.8%, and shipping award-winning products recognized by Google and ICTA Sri Lanka. Now leading AI solutions for Region Stockholm, he applies human-centered design to AI-enabled user experiences and is actively upskilling in AI, cloud security, and transformation. Not obvious from the résumé: he has a demonstrated knack for preserving backward compatibility and building multi-target systems that reduce long-term maintenance overhead while enabling rapid innovation.
