Top SchoolBhargav Joshi is a DevOps/Cloud Engineer with a 17-year IT background and nine years focused on cloud and platform engineering, currently driving DevOps at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He architects hybrid and private cloud solutions, having designed VDI and multi-tenant private clouds, DR, and backup strategies at scale for federal agencies using VMware, NSX, Zerto and Symantec NetBackup. Hands-on with container platforms and cloud-native tooling, he runs Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Mesos/DCOS, AWS services and container security tools like Twistlock in production. Bhargav blends deep Red Hat and Linux expertise with automation (Puppet, Jenkins), streaming and big-data components (Kafka, Spark), and infrastructure design for complex, regulated environments. He’s comfortable translating policy and compliance needs into operational architectures and once led an OpenShift PaaS pilot for a large judiciary client—an example of his ability to introduce platform change in conservative organizations. Based in Ilchester, MD, he pairs operator instincts with solution-architecture experience to deliver resilient, auditable cloud platforms.
