Senior🎓
Top SchoolBhavik Charola is a Lead Engineer with nearly a decade of experience crafting high-performance web and mobile applications using React, Next.js, React Native and TypeScript. He combines hands-on implementation—building BFFs with Nest.js, monorepos, reusable component libraries and custom NPM packages—with team leadership and mentoring to accelerate delivery and code quality. Bhavik has a proven knack for performance engineering (PWA, SSR/SSG, code-splitting) that has cut load and build times by substantial margins and driven SEO-focused front-end architectures. His background spans startups to product-led teams, including shipping unified codebases that reduced development effort by 40% and replacing tooling to boost compile speed, showing a practical appetite for engineering-to-product tradeoffs. Based in Bengaluru, he blends pragmatic engineering with a designer’s eye for user-centric UX and a habit of automating repetitive workflows to improve developer productivity.
