Top SchoolBianka Passos is an AI/ML software engineer with nine years of experience and a strong focus on building production-ready AI systems, currently designing intelligent agents and RAG solutions at Distrito. She combines deep-learning computer vision expertise from academic and industrial projects with backend and cloud-native engineering skills—Python, LangChain, AWS, Docker and vector DBs—to deliver end-to-end ML products. At ateliware she led RAG evaluation frameworks and CV proof‑of‑concepts that cut document search time and shipped object-detection pipelines; earlier work automated industrial inspection and multispectral satellite analysis. Her background in statistics and a Master’s in Applied Computing underpin a data-driven approach to model selection, evaluation and deployment. Comfortable working across distributed teams and international clients, she also leverages low-code automation to speed business processes. Colleagues know her for turning stalled research prototypes into deployed solutions and for systematically benchmarking models and retrieval strategies to maximize real-world utility.
