Top SchoolBill Du is a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience building and improving large-scale systems, currently contributing to Google Cloud Memorystore for Redis after prior roles in cloud security and media DRM at Google. He combines strong hands-on development (Java, Python, JavaScript, React, NodeJS) with deep test-automation and SDET leadership, having built multiple end-to-end UI and performance testing frameworks from scratch. Bill’s background spans NoSQL and SQL databases, distributed systems research from his McGill work, and production tooling that became team portals at HPE and Nuance—showing he often turns internal needs into durable engineering products. An MBA in Technology Management complements his technical depth, and a Web3 interest on GitHub hints at curiosity for emerging decentralized platforms.
