Bill Franklin
London, England, United Kingdom
Summary
🤩
RockstarBill Franklin is an experienced software engineer with 11 years in full-stack web development and is currently building a startup in London. He has hands-on experience improving large public-facing platforms, notably enhancing accessibility, UX and search-related integrations for the GOV.UK Whitehall project. Comfortable across frontend and backend work, he has tackled refactors, migrations, re-indexing tasks and production redirects—skills that translate well to product-focused engineering at scale. Bill combines practical delivery with a sensitivity for user-facing details, and his move from public sector platforms to founding a startup suggests strong product instincts and a bias for impact.
