Top SchoolBill Ho is an R&D-driven CEO and CTO with 11 years of industry experience and a PhD in chemical technology, focused on electrochemistry and green chemistry for sustainable energy. He leads GRST in developing PFAS-free, water-based lithium battery manufacturing and closed-loop recycling processes, translating lab-scale innovations—high-voltage electrolytes, fast-charge cells, and water-compatible cathode/anode designs—into commercial products. His background spans thin-film solar sensors and heaters, metal and industrial waste recycling, and the practical commercialization of R&D from roles at Nano and Advanced Materials Institute and Hong Kong PolyU. Known for marrying Design for Environment and Design for Recycling principles, he emphasizes processes that are as easy to disassemble as they are to assemble. Based in Hong Kong, Bill blends deep electrochemical expertise with entrepreneurial execution to deliver environmentally conscious battery platforms.
