Senior🎓
Top SchoolBill Rascher is a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect with a decade of hands-on experience designing and automating resilient cloud systems, currently shaping infrastructure at Amazon Web Services from Blacksburg, Virginia. His background blends early web and database work with progressive roles in systems engineering, DevOps automation, and software leadership—including co-founding a tech startup and directing engineering teams—giving him a strong mix of technical depth and operational pragmatism. Bill is a creative problem solver who moves fluidly between Linux systems, automation tooling, and large-scale cloud architecture, and he’s comfortable translating business needs into reliable, auditable infrastructure. An accountant by training, he brings an uncommon appreciation for risk, compliance, and cost-aware engineering to cloud architecture decisions.
