Top SchoolBilly Huang is a Full Stack Engineer from New Taipei with 8 years of hands-on experience building web and OCR-driven products using TypeScript and Python. He has independently owned front-end and back-end development, system design, and performance optimization for production services—introducing CI/CD, unit testing with >90% coverage, and shared schema validation to improve stability and developer velocity. Billy’s work spans government and enterprise projects, from Next.js and NestJS front-ends to Django REST and MongoDB back-ends, and includes practical DevOps automation with GitLab CI and Docker. He combines a designer’s eye for intuitive UIs with a security-minded approach (encryption/authorization systems) and a track record of integrating AI and OCR pipelines into user-facing portals. Notably, he moved legacy React apps to Next.js for maintainability and implemented cross-platform universal links with Flutter, showing a knack for pragmatic modernization.
