Senior🎓
Top SchoolBilly Pham is a Co-Founder and CTO based in San Francisco with a decade-plus of engineering leadership and 15 years of hands-on development across mobile, web, and blockchain stacks. He architects and ships scalable, high-performance systems—from auto-scaling game backends that handle hundreds of concurrent players to multi-million-user-ready GameFi infrastructures—while still writing large amounts of core code in Go and Rust. His cryptography and distributed-systems work includes building a trustless zkBridge, implementing threshold signatures, and publishing research from that effort, showing a blend of practical product delivery and deep technical R&D. Billy has a track record of choosing pragmatic technologies for scale (e.g., TiDB and ScyllaDB), bootstrapping products before handing them to teams, and hiring top engineering talent. Known for moving fast without compromising reliability, he brings startup grit, broad full-stack fluency, and an engineering-first approach to leadership.
