Top SchoolBiro Florin is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with 11 years in the startup ecosystem, best known for founding Jexo and later creating Misfit Founders—a candid podcast and community that reframes failure as a part of the entrepreneurial journey. He blends hands-on technical leadership (from early engineering and DevOps roles to CTO and product management) with content and community building, recently serving as Content and Community Director at Appfire. Based in Brighton, he now runs multiple ventures including Masterwork Media, BLVCKBOOK., and CLN Work while hosting unscripted conversations that surface raw founder experiences. His trajectory is defined by perseverance through repeated setbacks to an eventual exit, which informs his emphasis on honest storytelling and peer support. Notably, he pairs technical credibility with a knack for turning personal misfit experiences into scalable communities that help other founders feel less alone.
