Top SchoolBiswajeet Das is a seasoned Site Engineer with 9 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction, power transmission, distribution and industrial maintenance across projects in Odisha. He combines field leadership—overseeing underground cabling, distribution franchising, and genset installations—with strengths in operations, customer service and process improvement. A formal electrical engineering graduate, he bridges practical site execution with technical problem-solving and revenue-assurance experience. Unusually for a site-focused engineer, he also contributes to open-source software as a full‑stack developer on the popular Novu notification platform, adding UI features and backend fixes that show a knack for cross-disciplinary engineering and curiosity-driven programming.
