👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolBjörn Wikström is a multidisciplinary developer and designer based in Ystad, Sweden, with eight years of professional experience and a 12-year personal journey blending UX, design thinking and behavioral insight. He combines hands-on innovation work—creating AI concepts, data visualizations and product remakes—with deep user research skills that reveal latent human needs and drive clearer outcomes. As a former service designer, creative director and art practitioner he brings a rare mix of creative curiosity and structured problem solving, often using childlike, contrarian questions to unblock stuck teams. Björn also coaches families and organizations on neurodiversity, drawing on lived experience with ADHD to shape more inclusive products and workplaces. Currently self-employed, he focuses on prototyping, AI and data-driven concepts that connect technical solutions to real human motivations.
