Senior🎓
Top SchoolBlai Pratdesaba is a seasoned technology executive and Chief of Engineering based in London with over a decade of hands-on experience delivering cloud-native, compliant fintech and edtech products. He has repeatedly turned visionary product ideas into scalable platforms—most recently architecting an AWS-based Embedded Finance Engine and a no-code embeddable journey builder that helped mmob win FinTech of the Year. As a former CTO and Head of Product, he has scaled engineering teams, driven international expansion, and combined Agile with ISO 27001 and CyberEssentials+ practices to align delivery with regulatory requirements. His technical repertoire spans backend systems, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, React, GraphQL and secure infrastructure design, alongside practical product instincts from founding startups and shipping teacher-focused tools like Quizalize. Not obvious from titles alone, Blai bridges creative design roots with rigorous security and compliance work, having trained at Oxford’s Fintech Executive Programme. He thrives at the intersection of product, people and regulated technology, turning complex constraints into user-centered, embeddable solutions.
