As Chief Geek of Aiello Consulting and leader of CM Best Practices, he blends practical implementation—IaC on Azure, AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps pipelines, and accessibility testing—with standards leadership, having led IEEE P2675 (DevOps) and earned the IEEE SA Standards Medallion. He teaches, writes, and coaches teams to adopt lean controls and continuous everything while embedding regulatory and security controls (SOX, HIPAA, SOC2) into SDLC workflows. Born with early visual impairment, he brings resilience and a passion for inclusivity—extending from community programs to WCAG-aligned accessibility work—into technical culture and mentoring.
