Top SchoolBob Dickinson is a serial entrepreneur and technology executive with 14+ years of leadership building and scaling cybersecurity and communications businesses, including founding Deming Internet Security, Brute Squad Labs, sign.in, and TeamSpark.ai. He has served as CTO/VP engineering at OneLogin and Censys, driving platform scalability and reliability for SaaS products serving tens of millions of users and helping OneLogin achieve industry-leading vendor recognition and a successful acquisition. Bob combines hands-on engineering (he still writes code) with executive experience in both public and private companies, and has recruited and grown high-performing distributed engineering organizations. He is an inventor on over a dozen patents—most notably a seminal encryption patent—and has deep technical chops across cryptography, cloud/SaaS, mobile, and internet protocols. Beyond product and architecture, he’s known for translating complex technical concepts into clear company and product vision and for instituting practices that materially improved engineering velocity and security posture. An unusual detail: he’s not only an executive but a competitive powerlifter and 2021 USPA National Champion, training for a CrossFit "Murph" event while leading technical teams.
