Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolBobby Dimmick is a seasoned software engineering technical leader with 16+ years building cloud-native, reliable platforms and leading teams from startup MVPs to production-grade services. Currently at Cisco Meraki, he blends hands-on architecture (Microsoft Azure, .NET/.NET Core, Docker/Kubernetes) with people leadership, having previously scaled ad-insertion microservices that doubled to decuple publisher revenue. A founding cloud architect for Cognito Forms, he established standards for APIs, data storage, CI/CD, and helped achieve SOC2 readiness while driving operational reliability. Bobby is equally comfortable shipping code and shaping engineering processes—mentoring managers, running release trains, and aligning product, sales, and support for smooth rollouts. Based in Carlsbad, CA, he has a pattern of turning manual onboarding and setup tasks into automated workflows that materially improve business metrics.
