Top SchoolBogdan Bajanica is a software development manager with 14 years of experience leading high-traffic web engineering teams, currently driving engineering at Aylo (formerly MindGeek) from Boisbriand, Quebec. He has progressed from hands-on web and backend development to managing 15+ engineers across product, R&D, QA and operations, blending technical depth in PHP, SQL, caching and automation with people leadership. His background includes scaling content-heavy platforms, integrating billing gateways, and automating large media workflows via scripts and server orchestration. Comfortable aligning cross-functional stakeholders (content, support, SEO) with engineering delivery, he brings a pragmatic focus on reliability and performance. A longtime practitioner of both legacy and modern web stacks, he pairs institutional knowledge of high-traffic systems with a track record of operational improvements that aren’t obvious from job titles alone.
