Senior🎓
Top SchoolBogdan Costea is a seasoned technology leader and CTO with 19 years of experience helping founders and executives make high-stakes technical decisions that actually work in practice. He combines hands-on development with strategic oversight, having built products from zero, scaled complex systems, and led distributed teams across 18 countries in domains including legaltech, e-learning, AI/ML, and enterprise systems. A three-time technical co-founder, he created Romania’s most widely used e-learning platform (Docentix) and now leads AI-driven legaltech at Xogito Group while remaining available as a fractional CTO or advisor. He’s pragmatic and outcome-focused—favoring engineering choices that avoid long-term architectural regrets over theoretical purity. Comfortable rolling up his sleeves in .NET, Java, AWS and ML pipelines, he’s often the technical second opinion CEOs call when a wrong decision would be costly. Moving to Spain in 2026, he continues to work globally and still wishes he were coding when not building strategy.
