Top SchoolBongki Kwon is a seasoned full-stack software engineer based in Seoul with 12 years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications across C#, .NET, MSSQL, classic ASP and Java platforms. He has delivered POS, ERP, QMS/PMS and government systems for major Korean and global firms, frequently integrating DevExpress/SAP, Nexacro and legacy-to-modern migrations. Known for pragmatic full-stack work—from database and back-end batch jobs to responsive front-ends using MVC, jQuery and IIS—he excels at system integrations, performance tuning and shop-floor/retail interfaces. Recent roles span ERP feature ownership and CSP/HANA delivery, showing comfort with both productization and bespoke government/government-adjacent projects. He brings a developer-operator mindset cultivated through early system-administration roles and decades of maintaining multi-site deployments and auto-update installers. Practical, detail-oriented and adaptable, he often surfaces non-obvious efficiencies by converting legacy flows into maintainable platform services.
