Bora blends hands‑on engineering with team mentorship—moving legacy workloads to microservices, refactoring for concurrency, and producing in‑company training to diffuse new technologies. He’s driven practical security and automation work in phishing detection, multilingual content generation with OpenAI, and large data ingestion pipelines that handled tens of millions of rows.
