Senior🎓
Top SchoolBořek Leikep is a Senior Android Developer based in Brno with eight years of hands-on experience building and modernizing mobile platforms. He led Android teams at Kiwi.com, driving Kotlin, Coroutines & Flow adoption, migrating from RxJava, championing Jetpack Compose, and modularizing a monolith into feature packages while shaving ~30% off app startup time. Comfortable both as an individual contributor and team lead, he introduced release flows, analytics code generation, and infrastructure for push, deep links and navigation. Now at Avenga, he continues to focus on pragmatic architecture and developer productivity across large apps. An early-career stint at a startup sharpened his ability to deliver hardware-oriented and multiplatform projects, giving him a taste for diverse technical challenges beyond typical UI work.
