Top SchoolBoris Ershov is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and enterprise architect with over a decade of experience designing secure, scalable financial and crypto systems across banking and fintech. Currently Associate Vice President - Solutions Architect at RAKBANK in Abu Dhabi, he has a track record of delivering production-grade platforms—from embedded lending and early wage access products to custodial crypto wallets and transaction approval flows using CloudHSM and YubiKey. He excels at translating complex requirements into robust microservice architectures, data warehouses, and automated back-office pipelines that dramatically cut operational effort (e.g., reducing daily reconciliation from hours to minutes). His background spans core banking, PaaS standards, IAM, and NLP analytics, reflecting an unusual blend of high-assurance cryptography and data engineering. Comfortable leading cross-functional teams, he combines rigorous specification-writing with hands-on prototyping of low-level crypto and integration components. Based in the UAE with roots in cybersecurity, Boris brings both strategic vision and practical, security-first implementation experience to regulated financial environments.
