Top SchoolBoris Liu is an accomplished hospitality leader with 12 years of progressive operations experience, now serving as General Manager of Hotel Indigo Xiamen Harbour after senior roles across InterContinental and Crowne Plaza properties. He excels in rooms division management, budgeting, guest satisfaction and operational turnarounds, having led front-office and resident management teams at multiple high-profile resort and city hotels. Known for blending hands-on frontline training with strategic process improvements, he repeatedly drove service consistency and revenue through upselling and team mentorship. Trained in Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Management at Xi'an University of Finance and Economics, he brings a practical, metrics-driven approach shaped by broad exposure across China’s hospitality market. An intriguing aside: beyond hotel operations he dabbles in coding as a self-described “coding clerk” from Beijing, suggesting curiosity about tech-enabled guest experiences.
