Senior🎓
Top SchoolBoris Pinus is a seasoned software engineer based in Tbilisi with 11 years of professional experience and 8+ years of commercial front-end focus, primarily building complex, user-facing systems. He has driven measurable product outcomes at scale—boosting client LTV by 10% and first-payment conversion by 1.3%—while modernizing observability to cut unknown errors by 500x. His toolbox centers on React, TypeScript, Redux/RTKQuery, GraphQL and robust testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress), and he has experience across ad-tech, city services and classifieds platforms. Beyond feature work he refactors core subsystems, authors developer tooling (Babel plugins, UI kit components) and shares knowledge through internal meetups and talks. Practical, metrics-driven and hands-on, he blends product impact with developer experience improvements that keep large front-end codebases healthy.
