Top SchoolBoris Strelnikov is an engineering manager and hands-on systems engineer with 11 years of experience building and operating cloud-native infrastructure and resilient backend services. He has led teams and shipped production-grade microservices, deployment platforms and SRE tooling across fintech and SaaS companies, with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Golang, Kafka and observability. Notable achievements include building Deploy-as-a-Service, implementing SPIRE HA via BGP for clusters, and significant performance and reliability wins at Workato by eliminating memory leaks, stabilizing CI, and cutting lambda latency. A veteran UNIX user and constant self-learner, he combines architecture-level thinking with pragmatic code-level fixes and 24x7 operational experience. Pragmatic and detail-oriented, Boris also mentors juniors and codifies best practices (linters, CI, custom CRDs) to prevent regressions at scale.
