SeniorBorislav Varadinov is a Senior Principal Engineer at Dell Technologies with over 20 years of hands-on experience designing and operationalizing enterprise IT and cloud solutions across startups and large organizations. He specializes in cloud infrastructure (AWS), IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu, Pulumi), container platforms (Kubernetes, Istio), and automation using Python, Ansible and PowerShell, and has led teams delivering GitOps, account vending and pipeline provisioning at scale. A long-time Windows and identity specialist, he pairs deep Active Directory/ADCS/ADFS expertise with modern OAuth2 and FreeIPA-based identity management to bridge legacy and cloud-native systems. He also builds developer-facing automation—FastAPI microservices, Python CLIs, ETL adapters and monitoring probes—so platforms are both reliable and observable. He’s known for pragmatic, cross-functional leadership that turns complex migrations and hybrid integrations into repeatable, auditable processes.
