Top SchoolBorja Moreno is a Lead Operations Research Engineer with a PhD and over a decade of experience applying mathematical models and algorithms to optimize logistics and decision-making. He has built heuristics for combinatorial warehousing problems, developed LP and constraint programming solutions in industry, and pioneered QUBO models for quantum-like devices. At Trucksters he leads optimization projects that automate relay-point decisions and tactical fleet sizing while mentoring cross-functional engineers and communicating AI/OR value externally. Based in Madrid, he blends academic rigor with product-focused impact, publishing his business-oriented insights in a newsletter and remaining an active enthusiast of AI and quantum computing. Notably, he chooses solution fit over tooling, preferring the best mathematical approach rather than a single technology stack.
