Senior🎓
Top SchoolBoryana Nacheva is a pragmatic full-stack software engineer with 9 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining distributed, high-volume transaction systems. She combines strong Java and object-oriented design skills with a disciplined approach to the full development lifecycle—coding standards, code review, automated builds and testing—to deliver reliable, testable software. At Flutter International she leads end-to-end implementation work, and prior roles at Paysafe and dWare sharpened her troubleshooting and automation instincts for production systems. A critical thinker by trade, she’s known for dissecting code to simplify and improve architecture rather than just patching symptoms. Currently based in Sofia, she pairs a Software Engineering bachelor’s with ongoing master's studies in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology, giving her a pragmatic product-minded perspective beyond pure engineering.
