Senior🎓
Top SchoolBorys Generalov is a Senior Software Development Engineer with 10+ years of experience designing cloud-native architectures and modernizing complex backend systems for clients like Microsoft, BMW, ING and Maersk. He combines hands-on engineering in .NET, Python and Node.js with platform engineering and DevOps practices—Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure and AWS—to ship scalable, maintainable systems under ambiguous or high-pressure conditions. Borys excels at turning unclear requirements into pragmatic designs, owning both system architecture and operational responsibility for microservices in production. He has led CCoE and DevOps transformations, driven event-driven and CQRS patterns in automotive and banking domains, and builds automation that speeds delivery without creating maintenance debt. Based in the Netherlands, he pairs a Master’s in Applied Mathematics with a practical, problem-focused style and a knack for simplifying real-world complexity rather than over-engineering.
