Top SchoolBrad Czerniak is a Senior Software Engineer and technology leader in Metro Detroit with 14+ years building resilient Drupal and JAMstack solutions that aim to “solve it once” and eliminate recurring operational costs. He blends deep full-stack expertise—custom Drupal modules, front-end theming, JS, PHP, MySQL, and cloud tooling—with a librarian’s training in information architecture to create well-structured, accessible user experiences. As a former Director of Technology and current Principal Financial Group engineer and proprietor of Solve It Once LLC, he’s led teams, driven reusable component architectures, and automated site-building and maintenance workflows. His work often bridges legacy CMS and modern static architectures, applying automation and discovery-driven processes to reduce support overhead. Known among peers as a standards, performance, and accessibility advocate, he also experiments with tools from Apache Solr to AWS Lambda and Google NLP to solve content and search problems pragmatically.
