Top SchoolBrad Train is an AI Agents & Automation Specialist and senior systems analyst with 14 years of experience modernizing healthcare claims platforms and automating operational workflows. He has led enterprise migrations—most recently driving Ascension’s move from LuminX to Facets—owning requirements, batch scheduling, UAT, and deployment-readiness while acting as the key liaison between business and engineering. Deep expertise in X12 EDI (837/835/270/271/276/277) and troubleshooting complex data mappings underpins his ability to eliminate root causes and improve system reliability. Equally comfortable with hands-on debugging and coaching analysts, he consistently designs automated processes that cut errors and speed delivery. Based in San Francisco, Brad blends technical rigor with operational empathy, often surfacing process improvements stakeholders hadn’t considered.
